Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the VoxelForge website, submitting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Custom 3D Printing

VoxelForge provides custom 3D printing services. Because each print is custom-made, results may vary based on model design, material, print orientation, layer height, supports, color, finish, and printer settings.

3. Customer Files

You are responsible for ensuring that any file you upload is accurate, printable, and legally allowed to be printed. You must have the rights or permission needed to print any submitted model.

4. Printability

Not every model is printable as submitted. Thin walls, unsupported geometry, oversized parts, non-manifold models, tiny details, or weak design features may require changes before printing.

5. Prohibited Items

VoxelForge may refuse projects that involve unsafe, illegal, copyrighted, regulated, hateful, threatening, weapon-related, or otherwise inappropriate items. VoxelForge may cancel or reject any project at its discretion.

6. Quotes, Orders, and Payment

Quotes, order flow, payment, and dashboard tools may be handled through SeekMake. Pricing may depend on material, size, print time, quantity, and selected options.

7. Production Time

Production times are estimates and may change due to file issues, machine availability, material availability, order volume, failed prints, or other delays.

8. No Engineering Certification

Unless specifically agreed in writing, VoxelForge does not certify prints for safety-critical, medical, automotive, aerospace, load-bearing, food-contact, electrical, or life-safety uses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VoxelForge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the website, quote system, files, prints, or services.

10. Changes

VoxelForge may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
